Agreement to Provide Supervision

After Hours Student Enrichment

I the undersigned agree to provide homework help or coordinate/supervise activities to the best of my ability for the students enrolled in After Hours Student Enrichment from release bell to around 5:30pm on selected days, or for a mutually determined time frame. I will honor my time commitments, and our students, and behave in accordance with our governing school guidelines, and our Student Handbook expectations. I understand I will be earning NO compensation for my time, but I may earn volunteer hours or community service hours that will be counted as part of my school required community service hours. I am aware it is my responsibility to keep track of my hours and submit them for approval through our schools service tracking program. My hours will be verified and signed off on by the program director for After Hours, Student Enrichment Services.

Any conflict or disagreement I may have with any student or staff affiliated with Student Enrichment Services may be brought to the attention of the program director. I am not to discipline any student participating in the program in any way. I further understand I am not to be alone with any student under any circumstances, but am to remain in the designated space (classroom with door open) with all students, and "private" conversation may occur in the hallway outside of our classroom. Students taken to the restroom will be supervised from the hallway only, and taken in small groups of 2-7 students.
